Overview
Sound Healing uses the soothing vibrations of handcrafted metal bowls to restore balance to the mind, body, nervous system and energy. Backed by both tradition and modern neuroscience, this therapy is widely used to relieve anxiety, improve sleep, enhance focus, and support holistic well-being. Every cell in the body communicates via electromagnetic signals, creating an electromagnetic field that surrounds the human body.
This field can be influenced by external stimuli, including sound. Studies in energy medicine suggest that sound frequencies can help in realignment of disrupted electromagnetic patterns, which are often linked to stress, illness, or emotional trauma.

Mandatory Things
Wear loose, comfortable clothing
Eat a light meal at least 90 minutes before the session
