240 Hours: 5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. (Tuesday to Sunday) | ₹2,800 per person

320 Hours: 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM (Friday & Saturday) | 12:00 Noon to 2:00 PM (Sunday) | ₹4,200 per person

540 Hours: 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM (Friday & Saturday) | 12:00 Noon to 2:00 PM (Sunday)  | ₹5,400 per person

240-Hour Internship Curriculum

Learn the foundations of counselling, professional ethics, and multicultural competence.
Master core therapeutic microskills: active listening, empathy, questioning, and validation.
Understand abnormal psychology, trauma-informed care, and nervous system regulation for ethical practice.
Gain hands-on experience in the full counselling process: intake, session flow, alliance building, and closure.
Apply practical counseling techniques for emotional concerns, relationships, identity, and role transitions.
Introduction to major counselling approaches: Psychodynamic, ACT, Narrative, Person-Centered, & more.
Observe real sessions, engage in case discussions, and reflect on counsellor strategies.
Understand reflective journaling, self-checks, and supervised practice to build confidence and applied skills.
