Interns Feedback

My summer internship with UpLife was truly enriching. The sessions were well-structured yet flexible, allowing me to learn without feeling overwhelmed. I loved the combination of theory, hands-on role plays, and real client case discussions; everything was interactive and relatable. Even as someone not from a psychology background, I gained confidence, clarity, and practical skills I can use in the future. A big thank you to Smriti, Deeksha, and the whole team!

                                                    — Sheetal Lingras, Jain University
My summer internship at UpLife was an incredibly enriching experience. I learned how to apply psychological theories in real-life situations through active listening, empathy, and assessment tools. The facilitators were supportive and explained concepts so clearly through presentations and PDFs that the learning truly stayed with me. The resources were mindful, practical, and insightful, and I enjoyed exploring different fields of psychology. I would love to do another internship with UpLife, this journey was truly special.

                                                          — Shreya Singh, IILM University
During my summer counselling internship at UpLife, I got meaningful practical experience under professional supervision. The program’s flexible schedule allowed me to focus on learning without stress. What impressed me most was the accessible resources, hands-on exercises, and case-based learning, which strengthened both my skills and confidence.

                                — Consilia Ruby Victor Dass, Jain University
This summer internship at UpLife was deeply meaningful for me—not just professionally, but personally as well. Through role plays, case discussions, and tools like grounding activities and the wheel of emotions, counselling started to feel real and alive. The facilitators were incredibly supportive and always encouraged reflection, ethical practice, and self-awareness. I learned that being a good therapist is about presence, empathy, and boundaries, not just techniques. I’m leaving this internship with more clarity, confidence, and a stronger foundation for my future in psychology.

                                             — Aadya Chauhan, University of Delhi
This summer, UpLife gave me the chance to bridge theory with practice. The interactive sessions, live role plays, and real-life case studies made every hour valuable. I not only completed my required internship hours but also built practical counselling skills, gained mentorship, and learned techniques I’ll carry into my future career. It was an engaging and rewarding experience!
