Ms Mihika Shah is a Senior Psychologist (Adolescent) at Trijog - Know Your Mind. She specializes in working with adolescents in the center and school settings. She believes that everyone has the potential to overcome the concern at hand, and that a little aid would help them manage their concerns better.
