Surabhi is a clinical psychologist. She holds on to an integrative approach and has previous experience with individuals who have faced trauma and abuse. She has also received training in giving psychological first aid and working with cases of addition as well. My practice as a clinical psychologist focuses on an integrative, client-centered approach to treating a range of psychological disorders, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, OCD, PTSD, and personality disorders. I use evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Person-Centered and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), along with mindfulness, yoga, and culturally relevant interventions. I work with individuals, couples, and families, addressing relationship challenges, trauma, and life transitions in a compassionate, non-judgmental space. By blending modern psychology with traditional wisdom, I help clients build resilience, self-awareness, and effective coping strategies tailored to their unique needs.
