I graduated from Indraprastha College for Women, Delhi University and completed my Masters in Clinical Psychology from Amity University. I follow an eclectic approach to therapy and incorporate tools and techniques from various therapeutic modalities like – Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Emotionally Focussed Therapy, and Trauma Informed Therapy etc. My goal is to provide an inclusive, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you feel safe to explore your emotions, challenges, and aspirations. Together, we’ll work towards achieving your goals, fostering self-growth, and building resilience. I believe that well-being is a congruence between a healthy mind and body.
