About:
"Hello, I’m Kshitija Ghan. My approach to therapy is warm, reflective, and collaborative. I aim to create a space where you can slow down, feel heard, and explore what you’re experiencing without judgment or pressure. My work draws from person-centred and systemic perspectives, while also integrating somatic awareness and expressive arts practices. Sometimes words are enough, and sometimes they are not. In those moments we may turn to the body, creativity, or other ways of noticing what is happening within you. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, emotional exhaustion, relationship patterns, body image concerns, trauma, or life transitions. Therapy with me is about creating space for every part of your experience - even the ones that may have felt difficult to acknowledge or express. "
