About:
Hello! I’m Kshitija, a Counselling Psychologist with a Postgraduate Diploma in Expressive Arts Therapy. My approach to therapy is warm, reflective, and collaborative. I aim to create a space where you can slow down, feel heard, and explore what you’re experiencing without judgment or pressure. My work draws from person-centred and systemic perspectives, while also integrating somatic awareness and expressive arts practices. Sometimes words are enough, and sometimes they aren’t- in those moments we may turn to the body, creativity, or other ways of noticing what is happening within you. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, emotional exhaustion, relationship patterns, body image concerns, trauma, or life transitions. Therapy with me is about creating space for every part of your experience- even the ones that may have felt difficult to acknowledge or express.
