About:
Hello, I’m Khushi Dua, a dedicated Clinical Psychologist certified by the Rehabilitation Council of India, offering a trauma-informed and queer-affirmative approach to psychotherapy. My path as a therapist has been a transformative and profoundly fulfilling experience, instilling in me an unwavering commitment to the promotion of mental well-being. Over the course of my career, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of individuals, from children to adults, addressing an extensive array of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, substance use disorders, depressive disorders, personality disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder and childhood disorders. To me, therapy is more than just a process—it is a courageous, disciplined journey of self- discovery and emotional restoration. It demands confronting and embracing pain as a necessary step toward recovery. Yet, the true beauty of therapy lies in the fact that you are not alone in this journey. Within the therapeutic space I provide, you will find safety, trust, and the nurturing environment necessary for genuine healing to flourish. Together, we will navigate life’s complexities, and foster resilience that already resides within you.

At the core of my practice is a deeply empathetic and non-judgmental approach, free from labels and anchored in self-compassion.
