I offer compassionate, evidence-based psychological support to individuals ranging from teenagers to older adults. My work spans a wide range of concerns including stress, anxiety, depression, gender equality, self-harm, suicidal ideation, rebuilding self-concept, and boundary setting. I draw from therapeutic approaches such as ACT, CBT, Gestalt, and trauma-informed therapy to tailor healing journeys that truly resonate with each individual. Currently serving at a government hospital, I not only provide one-on-one therapy but also play an active role in training professionals and spreading mental health awareness across diverse communities. As a committed mental health advocate, I strive to break stigma, promote emotional resilience, and empower people to prioritize their psychological well-being.
