About:
Hello! I'm Chandreyi. I've been in the mental health field for nearly 6 years now. I began working in a supervisory role in June last year.
Receiving and creating a supervision space is one of my favourite things about our profession. Getting to slow down and zoom into the multitudes of what happens in a session is always exciting and has helpeed me feel engaged and intentional with my work. I'm glad to be able to join more folks on this path of curiosity!
In supervision, I tend to use a process-focused model. This would look like us trying to make sense of client's presence and narratives, therapist’s internal world, relational dynamics in the session, and systems at play through reflective questions and exercises. We may also explore ideas around building an ethical and sustainable practice and managing professional blocks and exhaustion in this space. Together we can mould supervision into something that meets your various professional needs.
