About:
Hello, I’m Chandreyi, a counselling psychologist. During our time in therapy, I hope for people to experience a genuine and warm human connection. Something, I believe, enables us to sit with our vulnerabilities and be our most authentic selves. In turn, encouraging us to engage with and shape life in a way that best aligns with our rights, needs and values. This might look like me learning more about stories and people that matter to you, patterns and values that show up often, recognizing the messages that our bodies send us and learning skills that may help along the way. Working with people from various contexts holding diverse identities within the age groups of 13 to 60s has shown me how therapeutic spaces can break barriers. I hope to join you in this journey and for us to share and grow through our unique strengths and knowledge.
