About:
Hello! I'm Shreya Nanduri. I have around 6 years of experience as a therapist and around 2.5 years of experience as a supervisor. I draw from different therapeutic perspectives, but more than anything, I am interested in creating a space where therapists can linger with the questions, doubts and insights that are part of this work.
I remember what it was like to be a new therapist. Carrying a difficult session home, replaying conversations, and wondering whether I had missed something important. The early years of practice often feel like standing in two places at once, curious about what is possible and unsure whether you are getting it right. Supervision with me is a space where both can belong.
Together, we can explore what is unfolding in the therapy room and gather the threads of our thinking around it. I hope to offer a space where the knots of therapeutic work can be approached with curiosity rather than urgency, helping practitioners trust themselves more deeply and continue becoming the therapists they wish to be.
