Hi, I'm Hetika, a psychologist with the aim to offer a compassionate and empowering space where you feel heard, accepted, and supported. My role is to accompany you on your journey to nurturing your mental health and personal growth. For me, every individual has potential for change, and collaborative therapy is a gentle nudge in the direction. With my background in clinical psychology I has experience in working with adults, adolescents, and children across concerns like anxiety, emotional regulation, depression, stress/academic management, interpersonal conflicts, grief and trauma, and body image/self confidence issues. I believe therapy is not just about 'fixing' someone — it's about helping them reconnect with their own resilience and self-compassion. My therapeutic approach is eclectic and tailored to each individual’s unique needs. I prefer to integrate modalities like Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Based techniques, and Narrative Therapy (NT).
