About:
Therapy is not about fixing you- it's about finding you. It's about reclaiming your voice, your choices, and your power. Hello, I’m Smriti Agrawal, a passionate and empathetic psychologist who believes in the unique strengths each individual carries. I hold a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology (Clinical and Counselling Practice) from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai. My experience includes working with individuals facing a wide range of concerns; anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, loneliness, work-life imbalance, burnout, trauma, and stress, to name a few. I offer an integrative and personalized approach to therapy shaped around one’s unique needs. With a trauma-informed perspective, I blend techniques from different modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Humanistic and Narrative approaches, as well as solution-focused and strengths-based techniques. I am also a queer-affirmative and neurodivergent-friendly practitioner. Therapy for me is a powerful space where people can formulate their own stories, build emotional resilience, and move toward meaningful change. I believe therapy holds the potential to help you feel grounded in your self-worth, make informed choices, and navigate life with more clarity and self-compassion. Through the therapeutic space, I hope to offer you the deep knowing that echoes- ""I am not alone in this."" You deserve to be heard, to feel safe, and to be met with empathy and understanding. Let me give you a hand as you carry emotions that may feel too heavy to hold alone. You don’t have to do it all by yourself.
