Ayushi is a trained Psychologist with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Central Campus, Bangalore. Her therapeutic work is rooted in evidence-based practices, drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), and a Trauma-Informed lens. She integrates insights from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Attachment Theory, and neuropsychology to create a comprehensive and personalized approach for each client. Her experience ranges from working with children, young adults and middle-aged adults with concerns such as Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, OCD, Relationship issues, and Emotion regulation difficulties (among other concerns). Having been trained in several therapeutic modalities, Ayushi ensures to incorporate an eclectic approach to take the best from every school of thought and apply it to the specific concerns that a client chooses to bring to the table.
