About:
Hello! I’m Shreya Nanduri. I offer a person-centred, trauma-informed space that is also informed by systemic realities, supporting individuals navigating self-doubt, life transitions, feeling disconnected from themselves, or seeking sustainable change. My approach is eclectic, grounded mainly in practices such as cognitive behavioural therapy, mindfulness-based techniques, and existential therapy. I believe therapy is where we return to ourselves with honesty, gentleness, and compassion. We’ll make room for your story to unfold safely at a pace that feels right for you. This would be a space for unlearning old patterns, rebuilding self-trust, and reconnecting with your authentic self.
