About:
Hello, I am Suhani (she/them). My academic journey is enriched by hands-on experience in clinical internships, volunteering as a psychologist at a mental health camp, and active participation in a suicide prevention program utilizing assessment tools. I am actively involved in mental health advocacy and support initiatives for the LGBTQIA+ community. In my sessions, I aim to create a welcoming, collaborative space where every emotion is accepted. You can expect our work together to be genuine, transparent, self-paced, and focused on your goals. When I am not in a session, you will find me reading something new, looking forward to meeting my two dogs and thinking of colouring my hair.

In collaboration with clients, I incorporate cognitive-behavioral (CBT ) techniques and dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT) skills to explore challenges, build coping strategies, and support meaningful growth at a comfortable pace. My practice is guided by ongoing learning, reflective self-awareness, and a strong commitment to ethical, evidence-based care.
