Hi, I’m Namrata Jagwani, a Counselling Psychologist helping adults and adolescents move from feeling stuck and overwhelmed to feeling more grounded, confident, and connected with themselves. Over the past 3 years, I’ve supported hundreds of clients through 1000+ hours of therapy, helping them navigate challenges like anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship concerns, overthinking, anger, and procrastination. My approach is compassionate blending Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Transactional Analysis (TA), Trauma Informed and other evidence-based methods to create a space where you can understand your patterns and build healthier ways of being. I believe therapy is not just about coping, it’s about growing into the version of yourself that feels most authentic and at ease. Fluent in English, Hindi, and Sindhi, I aim to offer a space that feels easy to talk about difficult things.
