About:
I work with individuals, families, and groups to help them understand and manage their emotions, build stronger relationships, and feel more in control of their lives. My sessions often use art, colors, movement, and creative activities to make it easier to express feelings and explore thoughts especially when words are hard to find. Over the years, I’ve supported people from very different walks of life, children and teens, adults, parents, corporate teams, and those with ADHD, autism, or learning challenges. I also run workshops in schools, NGOs, and workplaces, creating safe spaces where people can explore their inner world, learn practical coping tools, and discover their own strengths.
