About:
My counseling approach is warm, grounded, and non-judgmental — blending depth with practical clarity. I create a safe and reflective space where clients can gently explore their pain, patterns, and potential. Rooted in Cognitive Behavioural principles and enriched by my Vipassana practice, Buddhist studies, and varied life experiences, my work integrates the psychological with the spiritual in a deeply human way. Much like my love for gardening, animals, painting, and nature, I see healing as an organic, creative process that unfolds in its own rhythm. I bring together compassion, mindfulness, and structure to guide individuals through grief, trauma, and transitions — helping them rediscover balance, purpose, and emotional freedom.
