Mihika Rajesh is a Psychologist with over 5 years of experience supporting children, teenagers, and adults in navigating emotional challenges and building inner resilience. She integrates evidence-based psychological practices with the wisdom of Indian culture and spirituality, offering a holistic and personalized approach to well-being. Mihika holds an MSc in Mental Health for Children and Young Adults from the University of Edinburgh, where she developed specialized expertise in child and adolescent emotional development. Her practice draws from Transactional Analysis, Compassionate Inquiry, and Art Therapy, blending therapeutic insight with creative and experiential methods. She also holds certifications in Counselling Skills, Train the Trainer, and Making the Stage, enabling her to design and facilitate impactful workshops and retreats for large audiences. Since 2012, Mihika’s personal and professional journey has been shaped by a deep commitment to inner growth.
