About:
"Hello, I’m Yashwi Shah, a Counselling Psychologist with a Master’s degree in the field. My therapeutic approach is holistic: I offer a person-centered, trauma-informed space that honors not only your inner world but also the systemic realities that shape it. I also incorporate somatic (body-based) work and metaphors, as I believe our bodies and symbols often express what words cannot yet articulate. In our work together, I hope to create a space that feels steady yet alive, where confusion can slowly turn into clarity, and self-doubt can make room for self-understanding. My approach is collaborative and compassionate, grounded in the belief that healing is not about fixing but about unfolding. To me, therapy is a process of slowing down enough to meet the unseen and uncertain parts of yourself, and realizing that they, too, carry meaning and wisdom. Together, we can create a space that feels safe and genuine, a place where every part of you is invited to be seen and understood, even those that feel uncertain or difficult to hold."
