About:
"With over two decades of experience, Dr. Rachna Shah is a psychotherapist and yoga teacher who blends Western psychology with ancient wisdom traditions to support holistic healing. Her own search to understand the roots of struggle and resilience led her to clinical psychology, trauma work, and body–mind practices. She specializes in helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, addictive patterns, and life transitions, with a warm, trauma-informed, and compassionate approach. Drawing on Compassionate Inquiry, CBT, somatic awareness, mindfulness, and yoga, Dr. Shah creates safe spaces where clients can reconnect with themselves, uncover unconscious patterns, and discover pathways to resilience, authenticity, and freedom. Guided by the belief that “The wound is the place where the light enters you,” she helps individuals move beyond pain into deeper self-awareness and wholeness."
