About:
I am a psychotherapist working with couples and individuals, and my work sits at the intersection of relationships, emotional safety, and change that can actually be sustained. Much of what I do involves helping people slow things down enough to understand the patterns shaping their relationships, their sense of self, and the ways they respond under stress, conflict, or transition. This often includes work around intimacy, communication breakdowns, parenthood-related shifts, burnout, anxiety, self-image, and identity.

Approach:
My approach is attachment and trauma-informed, drawing from narrative, existential and humanistic psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy, and the Gottman method. In practice, this means thoughtful, collaborative work that prioritises clarity over quick fixes. I work online and am queer affirmative. If this resonates, or if you’ve been considering starting therapy, you’re welcome to reach out.
