About:
Hi! I am Pragya, an RCI-licensed psychologist, and I see therapy as a space where you don’t have to perform, impress, or have it all figured out. My approach is a person-centered, rooted in empathy, non-judgment, and genuine human connection. I try to create a therapeutic relationship where you feel empowered to explore your experiences, thoughts, and emotions at a pace that feels right for you.
Alongside this relational foundation, I draw on evidence-based tools from cognitive-behavioral therapy and integrate culturally sensitive practices to honor each client’s background and lived reality.
My role isn’t to fix you. It’s to sit with you, think with you, sometimes gently challenge you, and offer tools when they’re helpful. Most importantly, it’s to create a space where you feel safe enough to be real.If you’re looking for therapy that feels steady, thoughtful, and genuinely human, we might work well together.
