About:
Hello, I'm Shreeyash Shivalkar. I have a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology and have been practising as a psychologist for nearly two years. My therapeutic approach is eclectic, where I work with each person differently, tailoring my approach to fit your unique needs and what feels right for you. I believe therapy is a safe space where you can slow down and really listen to yourself. Together, we'll explore thoughts and feelings you might not have had time to examine before. We'll look at patterns in your life-how past experiences might be affecting you now, and what's keeping you stuck or struggling. My role is to help you notice things you might have missed and ask questions that invite deeper reflection. Sometimes, just having someone truly listen can help things become clearer. My hope is that by working together with me, you will not only feel better, but also gain a deeper understanding of yourself. You'll start connecting the dots between different parts of your life and experience. This isn't just about reducing stress or anxiety-it's about genuine growth and healing. I'm here to walk alongside you in that process.
