About:
Hi, I’m Shreeyash Shivalkar. I work from an existential and person-centred perspective. Think of therapy with me as a conversation we share, where I walk alongside you as you get to know yourself better and feel more at ease with who you are. Together, we’ll listen for the voices that have been silenced, uncover hidden patterns of your life, listen to the different parts of you and explore your meaning to live more authentically. My approach is grounded in curiosity and compassion. I draw from different therapeutic methods to meet your needs, because no two journeys are the same. In our work together, sometimes we’ll use practical tools to untangle unhelpful thoughts or behaviours. Other times, we’ll step into the symbolic and explore metaphors, images, and questions that reveal hidden truths. What matters most is that the process feels alive, helping you connect more fully with yourself, make sense of your struggles, and move toward growth in a way that feels true to who you are.
