Ayushi Gupta is an RCI-licensed Clinical Psychologist and the Founder of INSCAPE Psychological Wellness, a space envisioned for reflective, accessible, and personalized mental health care. She holds an M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology from Amity University, Haryana, and has an extensive training in psychotherapy, psychological assessments, and conducting mental health workshops.
She has worked with 200+ clients across concerns including OCD, trauma, personality disorders, and affective disorders (including anxiety, and depression), engaging with individuals from diverse backgrounds—including the general population, NGO settings, prison inmates, and specially-abled individuals. She has also conducted 400+ hours of psychometric assessments across cognitive, emotional, and personality domains for both children and adults.
Her approach is eclectic and trauma-informed, integrating CBT, DBT, Schema Therapy, Emotion-Focused approaches, and mindfulness-based practices. She works in a structured yet gentle manner—balancing insight with skill-building—while tailoring therapy to each individual’s needs.
Her core philosophy is that individuals have the capacity to outgrow their current struggles. Through therapy, she focuses on fostering resilience, self-awareness, and empowerment—supporting both immediate relief and long-term psychological growth.
