About:
Hi, I’m Muskan. I’m a psychologist, a teacher, and someone who is deeply curious about how we become who we are.I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling Psychology, which ground my work in both academic depth and practical, client-focused training. My approach to therapy is client-centred and integrative. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. I draw from different approaches like CBT, REBT, Gestalt, narrative, and solution-focused work, depending on what feels most helpful for you.
For me, therapy is about slowing down enough to understand your patterns, your emotions, your pain and also your strengths. I try to offer a space that feels easy to show up to, a space where you don’t have to edit yourself. I’ll be there to hold space, and also to challenge you when needed with honesty, warmth, and care.
