About:
Hello, I’m Vidushi. I’m a Counselling Psychologist with a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Christ University. For me, therapy is like piecing together a puzzle - one that slowly reveals your inner strengths, resilience, and untapped potential. I believe in creating a space where you feel safe, heard, and truly seen. My role is not to direct, but to walk beside you as we explore your thoughts, emotions, and patterns with curiosity and care. I primarily work with young adults, adolescents and individuals across all gender identities.
I support clients in navigating anxiety, bipolar disorders, mood disorders, identity concerns, academic pressure, emotional regulation, body image issues, and relationship difficulties, personality disorders, self-esteem issues, chronic dissatisfaction, and difficulties with emotional processing and interpersonal relationships. As a queer-affirmative therapist and a certified LGBTQIA+ Affirmative Listener, I strive to hold an inclusive, affirming, and non-judgmental space for everyone.
My approach is holistic, trauma- informed, and deeply client centric. I draw from the schema therapy, act, dbt, cbt, adapting the work to your unique needs and experiences. I am also trained in disciplines like addiction assessment and art therapy, which enrich the creative and compassionate lens that I bring to my sessions. If you’re looking for a therapist who will truly listen, understand, and grow with you, I’d be honoured to be part of your journey.
