About:
Hi, I'm Sharanya, an RCI- registered Clinical Psychologist Associate, with over 4 years of experience in this field. For me, therapy is not only a space to talk through difficulties, but also a space where something different can be felt and experienced. I value slowing down, making room for pause and reflection and creating a space where the therapeutic relationship itself can feel grounding and regulating.
My work draws mainly from ACT and DBT, while also integrating IFS-informed perspectives where helpful. I enjoy bringing in experiential elements into sessions when it feels meaningful, so therapy is not only about talking, but also about exploring and trying things together.
I see therapy as collaborative, where we work together to understand what might be most helpful for you. I work with adults navigating relationship anxiety, self-worth concerns, overthinking, OCD, anger and recurring patterns that may feel difficult to make sense of alone. If this approach speaks to you, I hope to offer a space where we can make sense of things together.
