About:
Hi, I’m really glad you’re here. Starting therapy can feel like a big step sometimes confusing, overwhelming, or a quiet sense that something needs to shift. Wherever you’re coming from, you’re welcome here. You don’t need to have everything figured out, we can make sense of things together, at your pace. I’m a Counselling Psychologist who believes therapy should feel human, not clinical or intimidating.
My aim is to create a space that feels safe, non-judgmental, genuine and collaborative where you can show up exactly as you are without the pressure of being “too much” or “not enough.” In our work, we’ll gently explore your thoughts, emotions, and patterns understanding what’s been weighing on you while also building tools that feel realistic and helpful in your everyday life.
I believe healing is non linear and looks different for everyone, it can be messy, slow, and deeply personal. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, or simply trying to understand yourself better, we’ll take it one step at a time together.
