Life can feel overwhelming in ways that are not always visible. At times, we may find ourselves struggling with emotions, relationships, self-doubt or simply feeling stuck or disconnected from ourselves — even when everything seems fine on the outside. I believe therapy is a space where you can slow down, be heard and freely explore your vulnerabilities, feelings, thoughts and experiences with openness. My role is not to "judge" you or "fix" you but rather walk alongside you as we work towards meaningful changes, growth and healing.
I follow an individualised approach as I believe that everyone's journey is different and one modality can't fit all. I integrate different therapeutic frameworks like CBT, DBT, ACT and Mindfulness, based on what feels the most suitable.
I value creating a therapeutic space which is inclusive, culturally sensitive, trauma-sensitive and LGBTQ+ affirmative — a space where everyone can feel welcomed and supported.
