About:
I am a Counselling Psychologist who believes that therapy can be a space to pause, reflect, and understand yourself with greater compassion and clarity. I enjoy working with people's stories and helping them make sense of their experiences, emotions, relationships, and life patterns.
I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating concerns such as anxiety, self-esteem difficulties, relationship challenges, grief, academic and career stress, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck and overwhelmed. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change begins when people feel genuinely heard and understood.
I believe in meeting people where they are and walking alongside them as they explore what feels difficult, confusing, or important in their lives. Alongside conversation, I sometimes integrate expressive arts and movement-based practices, recognising that not everything can be expressed through words alone.
My aim is to offer a safe and non-judgmental space where people can reconnect with themselves, navigate challenges, and move toward a life that feels more authentic and meaningful.
