About:
I'm Raashi, a Counselling Psychologist with a Master's in Clinical Psychology and four years of experience working with adults navigating trauma, identity, burnout, and relationship difficulties.
My intention is to hold a space that feels safe, collaborative, and deeply attuned to you. Working from a relational and trauma-informed lens means I understand your struggles in the context of what you, and your body, have carried — not as something separate from your story, but as part of it. I integrate evidence-based theories and techniques within a humanistic philosophy, working within the context of your own beliefs, values, and cultural background, without imposing any framework of my own.
My work is centred around the person in the room — the experiences that have shaped them, the gap between how they appear on the outside and what they are quietly carrying within, and the relationship they hold with themselves beneath everything else. Many of us work hard to retain a sense of functionality in life, while feeling disconnected, exhausted, or unseen internally. Others simply feel lost, without the language yet to name what feels wrong. My work is about helping people slowly reconnect with themselves and learn to hold their own story with more compassion.
At the heart of my practice lies the belief that you do not need to know what is wrong, or have the right words for it, to begin. Healing often starts simply by being met exactly where you are.
