About:
I’m a psychologist who believes therapy should feel less like being given a list of things that are “wrong” with you and more like having a space where you can finally make sense of what’s going on. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based psychological practice, while leaving room for humour, honesty, and the occasional “okay, but why do we keep doing this?” moment.
I work with adolescents and adults experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, OCD, overthinking, stress and burnout, self-esteem and body image concerns, emotional regulation difficulties, relationship and family concerns, and life transitions.
I also work with more complex clinical presentations and aim to meet each person with empathy, curiosity, and without judgement. I see therapy as a space to understand your patterns, build healthier ways of coping, and gradually feel more comfortable being yourself.
