About:
Hi! I'm Krisha, a postgraduate in Clinical Psychology, with hands-on, experiential training across a range of evidence-based therapy modalities, including foundational training in CBT through the Beck Institute.
To me, therapy is first and foremost a collaboration. I believe the relationship between the therapist and client is the most integral part of the work — the ground everything else is built on. I know that coming to therapy takes real courage: you're stepping outside your comfort zone, choosing to be vulnerable, and staying open to possibilities you haven't tried before.
As a therapist, I hope to create a safe nurturing space for you to be heard, feel seen; to see and accept yourself for everything that you are; to explore, to experiment, and to grow.
I aim to adopt a compassionate and eclectic approach that focuses on my client’s current challenges but also holds space for the whole person – their strengths, values, hopes, and possibilities for growth and skill building to navigate future challenges.
