About:
Srishti Sharma is a Counselling Psychologist with over 2.5 years of clinical experience supporting adolescents and adults through a diverse range of emotional, interpersonal, and mental health concerns. Having conducted over 2,000 hours of therapy, she works with individuals navigating relationship concerns, breakups and divorce, self-esteem difficulties, social anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, anger management, identity exploration, impulse control, decision-making difficulties, trauma, challenging workplace dynamics, exam stress, and other concerns.
At VicharHub, Srishti follows a client-centred and exploratory approach, placing the individual and their unique needs at the heart of the therapeutic process. Rather than focusing solely on providing solutions or advice, she creates a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, patterns, and experiences with openness and curiosity. She believes that therapy can help individuals discover and develop their own understanding and pathways forward, with the therapist facilitating that process.
Her therapeutic work draws upon evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), and Somatic Experiencing-informed techniques, adapted to suit each client's needs and goals.
Beyond individual therapy, Srishti has facilitated mental health workshops across schools, NGOs, and corporate organisations, reflecting her commitment to making conversations around mental health more accessible and approachable. She is passionate about helping individuals develop greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and a deeper understanding of themselves and their experiences.
