About:
My name is Anisha Bhatia, I’m a postgraduate in Clinical Psychology with 2 years of experience. I see therapy as a space where you don’t have to have all the answers right away. Instead, it offers an opportunity to slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and navigate life one day at a time.
My approach is warm, collaborative and non-judgmental, which enables the clients to discover growth on their own terms with support from my end.
When in session, we can slow things down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and work towards changes that feel meaningful and realistic for you, together in a way to make the space more mutual and encouraging.
I’m also trained in yoga and enjoy bringing mind-body practices into therapy when they feel helpful, from simple grounding and breathing exercises to movement-based practices that can support emotional wellbeing. I believe that therapy isn’t just about understanding what’s happening in your mind, but also learning to reconnect with and listen to your body.
