About:
Hello, I’m Bhavana - a name that means emotions, and in many ways, that is at the heart of how I understand people and the world. I don’t see myself as an expert or as someone here to fix you. I’m here to sit with you through the messy, confusing parts, slow things down, and gently make sense of what’s coming up, whether through words, silence, or whatever unfolds. I tend to bring in curiosity, occasional humour, and a bit of spontaneity into the space, where it feels natural. To me, therapy isn’t just about becoming perfectly happy or “healed,” but also about learning to stay with what is, while finding a little more acceptance for yourself and a little less pressure to be anything other than who you are.
