About:
Hi, I'm Isha.I see therapy as a collaborative process, where we work together to explore your experiences, identify patterns that may no longer be serving you, and find ways to move forward that feel meaningful to you. I believe therapy should be adapted to the person rather than the other way around.
My practice is integrative, drawing from different therapeutic approaches based on your needs. Alongside making sense of your experiences, I hope to help you build skills that are useful beyond the therapy room, recognising recurring patterns, understanding how they shape your thoughts, emotions, and relationships, and finding new ways to respond to them.
While problems often bring us to therapy, I believe they are only one part of our story. The goal is to understand them without losing sight of the person experiencing them.
