About:
Hi, I am Muskan Agarwal, an RCI-registered Clinical Psychologist (A). My clinical journey has involved working with children, adolescents, and young adults across diverse settings. Through these experiences, I have come to appreciate that every individual’s story is unique, and so is their journey towards healing and growth.
I strive to create a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental therapeutic space where individuals feel safe to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I view therapy as a collaborative process that fosters self-understanding, resilience, and meaningful change.
My work is rooted in a client-centered and evidence-based approach, drawing primarily from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), supportive psychotherapy, Motivational Enhancement Therapy (MET), and relaxation-based interventions. I also integrate techniques from other therapeutic modalities based on each individual's unique needs and goals.
I have experience working with individuals presenting with a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and psychological concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, adjustment issues, substance use disorders, and severe mental health conditions such as schizophrenia and other psychotic disorders.
I am trained in administering and interpreting a range of psychological assessments, including personality measures such as the Rorschach Inkblot Test, TAT, 16PF, and MCMI, as well as intelligence, neuropsychological and behavioural assessments.
Above all, I believe that seeking help is an act of courage, and I am committed to supporting individuals with empathy, authenticity, and respect throughout their therapeutic journey.
