I am a Clinical Psychologist with over 3 years of experience supporting adolescents and adults through a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges, including anxiety, depression, OCD, Adult ADHD, sleep difficulties, eating concerns, personality-related challenges, stress, and interpersonal difficulties.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply client-centred. I believe that healing begins when people feel genuinely heard, understood, and accepted. Together, we work to understand patterns that may be keeping you stuck, develop practical coping strategies, and build a life that feels more aligned with your values and goals.
I integrate evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions, tailoring therapy to your unique needs rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.
I hold an M.Phil in Clinical Psychology and an MSc in Clinical Psychology from Manipal College of Health Professions, Manipal. My clinical training has included working with diverse mental health concerns across various settings, including experience at Amaha, one of India's leading mental healthcare organizations.
