About:
Hi, I’m Vidhi Shah. I see therapy as a collaborative and deeply human process—a space where you can feel seen, witnessed, and cared for, allowing you to explore your experiences with curiosity and compassion. Together, we can understand the thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and patterns that shape your inner world, learn and unlearn ways of being, and move towards a life that feels more authentic and aligned.
My approach is trauma-informed, systemic, and grief-sensitive. I work in an integrative and eclectic manner, drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Gestalt Therapy, Existential Therapy, Somatic approaches, CBT, and REBT, adapting the therapeutic process to your unique needs, experiences, and pace.
In our sessions, we will make space for your experiences—exploring what matters to you, understanding the patterns that shape you, connecting with your body’s wisdom, and building skills to support your journey.
