Choose from One Track:
You will choose ONE of the following tracks:

Track A

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
-Understand the cognitive model and the link between thoughts, emotions, and behaviours
-Identify automatic thoughts, core beliefs, assumptions, and cognitive distortions
-Learn techniques such as socratic questioning, cognitive restructuring, behavioural activation, thought records, and activity scheduling
-Apply CBT through structured case conceptualisation and vignette-based formulation practice.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
-Learn the foundations of DBT, including the balance of acceptance and change
-Develop skills in mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness
-Understand concepts like Wise Mind and structured DBT skills training tools
-Apply DBT skills through case discussions, worksheets, and simulated client interventions.
Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT)
-Understand the ABC and ABCDE models of emotional disturbance and belief systems
-Identify irrational beliefs and learn the process of cognitive disputation
-Explore philosophical change and development of rational alternatives
-Apply REBT techniques through case-based disputation practice and homework design.

Track B

Psychodynamic Therapy
-Understand foundational psychodynamic concepts such as unconscious processes, defense mechanisms, and transference
-Explore early relational patterns, attachment themes, and internal conflicts
-Learn to identify recurring interpersonal dynamics and emotional patterns in clients
-Apply psychodynamic thinking through depth-oriented case formulation and process-based discussions.
Narrative Therapy
-Understand the philosophy of Narrative Therapy and formation of problem-saturated stories
-Learn externalisation, re-authoring conversations, and identifying dominant cultural narratives
-Develop skills in mapping the influence of problems and exploring unique outcomes
-Apply narrative techniques through case-based re-authoring exercises and therapeutic questioning practice to build client empowerment.
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
-Understand the ideology of ACT and the development of psychological flexibility through the Hexaflex model
-Explore concepts such as experiential avoidance, cognitive fusion, defusion, acceptance, values, and self-as-context
-Learn the ACT view of the mind, workability, metaphor delivery, and values clarification processes
-Apply ACT through structured case formulation, experiential exercises, and values-based intervention planning.
